This review is for Nicole. She was so accommodating today when we stopped in. I don’t love jewelry stores. This place was great because of Nicole.
Was visiting from out of town with my husband and daughter so we popped in just to browse. Bonny was lovely. She showed my husband a bracelet he ended up loving, and he's not a big jewelry fan. She also had my daughter try on a few sparkly things, which made for a fabulous experience for her. We ran out of time and did not make it back to the store, as I wanted to make a purchase for my husband. I have her card and hope to contact her soon in hopes she can have one sent to me.
I visited the store yesterday afternoon while looking to add a ring to my collection and had one of the worst luxury retail experiences I’ve ever encountered. I was “assisted” by an older sales associate with glasses and gray hair who was immediately dismissive, impatient, and openly uninterested in helping me. About 2 years ago, we had the pleasure of working with this team on choosing the perfect engagement ring, and coming back today on our anniversary to choose some new pieces with Nicole was so amazing and a testament to this stores commitment to service. Ricky also went above and beyond to restore my vintage David Yurman piece. I cannot thank you guys enough and look forward to our next visit.
They take good care of me with my purchase and cleaning of my Yurmann pieces.
