As I have seen other comments and based on my personal experience there as a customer who made a few purchases, I don’t think they provide good customer service. They are lazy and lack of manner. The manager should be fired. Instead, hire a new manager to train your employees. Your brand is there for a long time, don’t let one store ruin your reputations. However, I think they don’t really care. So let it be. Bad luck to you.

I was so excited to purchase my first piece from David Yurman, and unfortunately, the whole experience in this store was such a disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the sales associate seemed bothered by me asking to see pieces. I walked in knowing what I wanted to see and, he nearly rolled his eyes when I asked him any questions. Very unpleasant experience and staff, specifically the associate Rukman W. He was condescending, impatient, and unfriendly. I felt rushed the entire time and when I asked to try something on, he rolled his eyes. If looking to buy a luxury item, I do not recommend going here.
