I was so excited to purchase my first piece from David Yurman, and unfortunately, the whole experience in this store was such a disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the sales associate seemed bothered by me asking to see pieces. I walked in knowing what I wanted to see and, he nearly rolled his eyes when I asked him any questions. Very unpleasant experience and staff, specifically the associate Rukman W. He was condescending, impatient, and unfriendly. I felt rushed the entire time and when I asked to try something on, he rolled his eyes. If looking to buy a luxury item, I do not recommend going here.

Rude staff. Did not greet or say anything to welcome us into the store and just glared at us. We immediately left and went to the boutique in Neiman where the SA was extremely kind and thoughtful. The security guard in front of the door also saw us out with the folded hands Asian gesture which felt targeted and intentional.
