Rude staff. Did not greet or say anything to welcome us into the store and just glared at us. We immediately left and went to the boutique in Neiman where the SA was extremely kind and thoughtful. The security guard in front of the door also saw us out with the folded hands Asian gesture which felt targeted and intentional.
Horrible time
I had an outstanding experience. Lance and Rukman went above and beyond, taking the absolute best care of me. I could not be happier. Oh, did I mention how beautiful the piece is? Gorgeous work. Can't wait to buy more. (A box chain bracelet, btw).
I had such a horrible experience at this location today. Imagine expecting top tier service while buying luxury products and instead I was treated less than. Customer service suckssssss here. My experience almost turned me off from the brand completely. I will never return! Go a few steps over to Neiman’s where the SAs are super kind.
