I bought some earrings at a different location and after a few times of wear one of the earrings would no longer close. I came into this location and they fixed the earring but told me they would exchange anyways, no hesitation. Hopefully this pair does not have the same issue. The sales rep at the other location I went to was also so wonderful while I was shopping. DY has beautiful jewelry and 5 star customer service.
Beautiful jewelry and a great selection, which is why my wife and I have continued returning to this David Yurman location over the years. Unfortunately, our most recent experience after making our largest purchase with the brand was very disappointing. One of the pieces needed to be delivered, and we were told at the time of purchase that it would likely arrive by Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest through a store transfer, which was important because we were leaving town Thursday for a trip. I have give Vince five stars for his excellent customer service. He was awesome to deal with and made me and my family feel special by showing us some unique pieces.
My wife and I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience. When we entered, the sales representative was available but chose not to assist us. Instead, he walked away and appeared to be passing time. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that when another customer entered the store, the same sales representative immediately became attentive and helpful toward them.
