5 stars for Angel at David Yurman! He had so much patience and truly amazing customer service while helping my husband pick out a new bracelet. Angel took the time to show us all the different options until we found the perfect one. I originally came in just to get my jewelry cleaned and ended up leaving with something new thanks to Angel’s help! Such a great experience from start to finish.

Not sure if it's a good quality brand but pretty sure sales/security people should have some manner.
DO NOT GO! Waited for 10min but really 4 groups of people inside. Arrogant management style pretending they are Cartier or Van Cleef. If you want some 18k shits then go ahead, otherwise not worth your time.
There are no customers in the store, but they have you stand by the door, very rudely I should add!!!! To wait for someone to come and “help” you! They could very easily invite patrons inside to wait, look around or even offer them a sip of water … like the high end jewelry stores that Davis Yurman aspires to be … but nooooooo …. “Wait here”!!!!!! Very very disappointed!!!!!!!!
