My wife and I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience. When we entered, the sales representative was available but chose not to assist us. Instead, he walked away and appeared to be passing time. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that when another customer entered the store, the same sales representative immediately became attentive and helpful toward them. Went in yesterday to see some of the cable bangles and the lady who helped me (Carolina) was rude and not interested in our business. We walked out. I’ve had better service at DY. This is absolutely disappointing!

5 stars for Angel at David Yurman! He had so much patience and truly amazing customer service while helping my husband pick out a new bracelet. Angel took the time to show us all the different options until we found the perfect one. I originally came in just to get my jewelry cleaned and ended up leaving with something new thanks to Angel’s help! Such a great experience from start to finish.
