I ordered a high-value item from David Yurman, and when the package arrived, it appeared tampered with and the item was missing. Initially, the company filed a claim with FedEx as a lost package, which did not reflect the situation. That claim was denied, and I was told there would be no refund or replacement. Item never arrived – zero accountability or customer service. I ordered a high-value item from David Yurman, and while the package was delivered, the item was missing from the box when I opened it. It appeared tampered with. Instead of investigating this properly, they filed a claim with FedEx as a lost package — which was not accurate.
