This is the worst store I have ever been to. They have a full lobby of people waiting here and instead of helping their customers, they have 2 employees in the back eating and laughing. The man who is making the “list” for people to be helped is unbelievably rude and told me to come back. You’re better off just coming to the store! I came to pickup and online order and wasn’t even acknowledged upon entering and waiting almost 15 minutes and the the same person handles all online orders while the other employees stand around doing nothing! Wish I’d have known in advance!!!

I went to buy a ring for my wife from David Yurman during Christmas 2024. But we were not treated well by the woman who was working that day. She seemed disinterested in showing us the rings and was rude. Hope this service gets better.
The absolute worst. I hope this review reaches the right target audience. Flew on on business out of state but made and appointment ahead of time. Dat outside 30 minutes prior went to the door says closed for inventory until 3. Came back exactly at 3 then the door says closed for the day. I made two calls to the store no one called back to say anything. Waited 2 plus hours for nothing. Called Saks Fifth 3 minutes up the road, do yourselves a favor and do lot come to DY at Lenox. Good day.
