I went to buy a ring for my wife from David Yurman during Christmas 2024. But we were not treated well by the woman who was working that day. She seemed disinterested in showing us the rings and was rude. Hope this service gets better.
The absolute worst. I hope this review reaches the right target audience. Flew on on business out of state but made and appointment ahead of time. Dat outside 30 minutes prior went to the door says closed for inventory until 3. Came back exactly at 3 then the door says closed for the day. I made two calls to the store no one called back to say anything. Waited 2 plus hours for nothing. Called Saks Fifth 3 minutes up the road, do yourselves a favor and do lot come to DY at Lenox. Good day.
Came here ready to purchase a bracelet, walked out with nothing. There's an Asian sales woman, i didn't catch her name, but was so abrasive I don't think I'll be back. It wasn't very busy, but this woman refused to show me what I wanted, got argumentative over an item I had seen in store before, and ultimately closed her laptop and walked away without showing anything. Horrible sales experience, and I don't think sales should be this woman's specialty. She's got more of a dmv worker personally
Horrible experience here. It felt very “Pretty Woman” due to the associates. Will continue to buy DY online!
