Came in planning to buy just one bracelet and walked out with three—Caroline is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, patient, and made the whole experience fun and easy. Her knowledge and eye for style helped me find the perfect pieces. Can’t recommend her enough! I’ll definitely be back.
I was here 7/5/25 at 7pm. No one bothered to greet me or my sister except for the security guard. There were several sales associates in the back room who were not helping any customers. We stood there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there. There were a total of 3 customers there. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to make my purchase. Love these guys!! Especially Courtney Graham!! She deserves 20 stars ! I bought this watch used and promptly took it to them and had them clean it, polish it and open it up To replace any thing worn or broken.. It looks a little scratch, but what can I say,I’m a Equipment guy and in the Salvage business I’m rough on my stuff.🤣🤣 it did look great about 20 days ago.. Disappointing Service at David Yurman – NorthPark As someone looking for a "special" gift at a luxury jewelry store, I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and customer service at David Yurman in NorthPark, especially with Jose.
