Stopped by this weekend to pick up a birthday gift, had excellent customer service as usual. It's always great working with Amanda on picking out the perfect piece.
Rude and impolite check in staff. My fiancé & I had an appointment for wedding band shopping- actually buying the band, not even just looking at them... Got told “it’s a pretty long wait time.” I responded with having an appointment and without inquiring about our appointment details (name/time), we were told that there are 2 people in front of us with specific purchases. What were we then? Turned around and went to Neiman Marcus.

Came in planning to buy just one bracelet and walked out with three—Caroline is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, patient, and made the whole experience fun and easy. Her knowledge and eye for style helped me find the perfect pieces. Can’t recommend her enough! I’ll definitely be back.
I was here 7/5/25 at 7pm. No one bothered to greet me or my sister except for the security guard. There were several sales associates in the back room who were not helping any customers. We stood there for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there. There were a total of 3 customers there. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to make my purchase.
