Been shopping with David Yurman for a few years now and always from the retail store. First time in their outlet store and the service is just garbage. All the sales associates look away and pretend you don’t exist.They look bothered when asked to see or try something on. You’re better off paying full price and getting a proper service.
Julie is a great sales lady. Very patient. I have received the annual book and selected my monthly bracelets. I really like the armory collection. I like the diamonds, sapphires, and rubies that they select for their pieces. Awesome bottle opener and cool keychains. The picture of the pendants: they have been customized and laser welded by my personal jeweler. They are all DY pendants. The DY Memento Mori (black diamond skull and crossbones with ruby eyes) earrings were attached to the pendants by laser welding.
