We came in while on vacation and Bonny was extremely helpful. To my surprise we bumped into my son and his girlfriend while there and she enjoyed the store as well. I went home with great items and picked some for the upcoming holidays. Extremely helpful and fun atmosphere.
I usually don’t review everything we buy, but Steven D at the Gardens Mall location has been consistently excellent. We are not big spenders, but Steven makes us feel like VIP each visit. On our last visit Sunday he gave my child a coloring book while we looked around. Steven also knew of merchandise just received, that other associates didn’t know about. I appreciate his on the ball thinking and wonderful customer service. Ask for Steven and you will get 5 star service.
This brand has always been one of my favorites because of the style and quality. I have purchased several pieces for myself and others through the years because of the quality and customer service. Today Kyle Morales at the PGA location punctuated the caliber of David Yurman’s customer service! We had a mishap with a ring I purchased as a gift a little under a year ago. My fiancé and I walked into the Gardens Mall location of David Yurman today with the hopes of buying our wedding bands, but we were completely ignored by the two sales associates. Even after we made direct eye contact and smiled at them, they did not acknowledge us once. Super disappointing experience on what we had hoped would be a really special day. :(
My family went into this location today and was completely ignored by the sales associate, Bob. He was chatting in the back of the store with friends for 20 minutes before even acknowledging our presence. Even then, he attempted to help another customer who came into the store well after us before helping us. We’ve been a customer for years, but we will never shop at this location again. Take your money elsewhere if you care about good service.
