My family went into this location today and was completely ignored by the sales associate, Bob. He was chatting in the back of the store with friends for 20 minutes before even acknowledging our presence. Even then, he attempted to help another customer who came into the store well after us before helping us. We’ve been a customer for years, but we will never shop at this location again. Take your money elsewhere if you care about good service.

Bought my husband an exquisite bracelet from David Yurman with the help of Jahmai. He is absolutely amazing and I he’s very professional and knows every piece of jewelry very well. Jahmai is a top notch salesman at the David Yurman store in the Gardens mall.

Very rude employees, had to go back and forth to pick up and online order, seemed as if they were trying to scam us so they could get commission. Very obviously talking about us and pointing while talking. The lady employees are very sweet though. Wouldn’t waste your time in here just order online and have your things delivered.

Poor customer service. Yes the store is busy during the holiday season but the number of employees that walked past us purposely ignoring us is ridiculous. After 20 mins of waiting and actively asking to get helped I left and not planning on coming back. Very disrespectful.
