So my boyfriend got me the David Yurman Petite Chatelaine morganite rose gold ring, and being the Earth-friendly guy that is, chose the “eco friendly packaging”. So the ring came to me in, literally, just a pouch. So then I called DY explaining to them that I would like a bag, and they said that he chose the wrong gift wrapping option. I made a purchase with David Yurman using AFFIRM to finance the purchase. When I purchased the item it was around 1:00am on Saturday morning. On October 26th it was bought to my attention that the order was being delivered to my name at a different address which happens to be a few blocks from my own. I immediately called David Yurman to fix the issue, the customer rep assured me the package Will NOT be delivered to the wrong address.
