It was such a great experience from beginning to end. The whole entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Shipley is so thorough with his exam and makes you feel at ease. He takes time with you and answers all your questions and concerns. I am a long time patient and will always be.
A staff member was extremely rude to me outside of the office setting, but I'm going to take the high road on this. I think she was just having a bad day.
