I am writing this review to express a serious concern regarding an interaction I had when I called your office recently. I spoke with a front desk staff member who I believe is named Nara. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending tone, as if I were a child.
