I went to talk with him about my C-scan and when I got there I was told at the counter that my imagery cd was there. But when Dr. Wykstra finally came into the room (an hour later) he told me that he only had the paper report. He didn't seem prepared to see me. I'm still trying to figure out why I spent $50 co-pay when he was only in the exam room less than 5 minutes. It was my responsibility to get the cd from the hospital. He wants me to come back once I have the cd and spend another $50.
