David was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He made our entire process super quick and easy, was available to show us apartments at times that worked perfectly for us, and always responded promptly to our frequent emails. He always kept us updated, and even connected us with the current tenants to buy their AC units which was super convenient. There was never any pressure to move faster than we wanted and he still helped us find the perfect place.
