Dr. Williams and Velia Bradley are both great professionals. However, the front staff was unwilling to work with me on my copay and I was hit with an over $200 and they said I had to pay the entire balance upfront or they wouldn’t see me. They wouldn’t even let me just pay some of it. I understand I have to pay copay, but they did not ask for copays at each appointment and let it stack up until I found out about the large bill today, and now I’m in the hospital because I was very upset and stressed about it which exacerbated... read more
Been going here for about 6 months now and can confirm both the front office ladies and dr williams himself are truly great people and highly recommend them
Very good listener and ask questions when appropriate. Works with patients for there well being.
Dr. Williams himself is an incredible doctor and great with children! The problem is the staff. It took 3 weeks to get my sons medication because of one girl who was in charge of it. When I would call about this issue or even to schedule that same person was very rude each time. If the staff was friendly this place would be incredible! Because the doctor Is amazing!
