I am not very well versed in this type of document. It took me a while but I think I understand it. I was not aware of some of the charges I would be responsible for but I accept them. It would have been nice if I had been informed that the closing had in fact taken place.
David came highly recommended and we are glad that we choose David to list our cabin. Being that my wife and I were located several states away during the course of the sale, David made things go so smooth and personally handled several issues that arose. We could recommend David and plan on using him when we come to look for another place in the future.
