From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by timeless architecture, elegant design, and a sense of history that’s been beautifully preserved. The atrium is especially with high ceilings, natural light, and detailed finishes, it feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Detroit. This is an absolutely beautiful building recently renovated. Definitely come in and check out the lobby, Presley's, library bar and coffee shop.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel David Whitney which is part of the Autograph Collection of Marriott Hotels. As a fan of architecture and architectural detail, the building was a feast for the eyes and a delight to explore. My room was always well cleaned, the views were great, the location is fabulous, and the staff very helpful and pleasant. I have friends who live in the residences on the upper floors and are super happy there. I look forward to staying at the David Whitney again.
