My experience with OVO was spectacular from the moment I walked in for my initial consultation to the moment I left after my LASIK procedure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Loomis is the friendliest and best optometrist I have ever had, and Dr. David Whiting was amazing on the day of my procedure. This A-hole doctor knew already that he was losing his clinic on 2020, and instead of notifying his current patients about not being able to provide the laser vision corrections offered in the lifetime warranty prior to surgery, he just kept pocketing the money and left the clinic leaving everyone hanging because the new owner wouldn't deal with Dr. Whiting patients. Now Dr. Whiting is working at the OVO clinic and in order to accept the old warranty, he requires $600+. He is not to be trusted and continues to work on people... read more

10 stars. Getting lasik was a big deal for me, having dealt with poor vision my whole life. I was beyond sick of dealing with contacts and glasses. If you’re in the same boat, I highly recommend this clinic. It’s only natural to feel nervous or scared at first, the idea of having that kind of surgery done on your eyes can be unsettling.
