I feel like with insurance companies the “wow factor “ doesn’t normally come in to play until you have to file a claim. I wouldn’t say that’s the case with David. He has been super knowledgeable and extremely helpful with insuring multiple properties and vehicles of ours. This year we had a hail storm come through our town and so we had to file a claim for our roof. The process was super fast and seamless all the way through! Poor group of individuals. I bought a home at 20 and called and asked what I should do with a tiny hole in my roof. I called just for advice because I was young and uneducated. They then put a home owners claim on my account that I was unaware of until switching from them. So that was great now I have a false claim when they didn’t even fix it I had it fixed privately because the damage was smaller than my deductible. Also, charging me way to much for the same coverage another commercial company can give you.
