Very disappointing customer service. The hold times are extremely long, and on multiple occasions when I’ve called to schedule an appointment, the person answering the phone has hung up after I started speaking. This has happened repeatedly, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The doctor may be good, but unfortunately the experience with the front-office staff does not reflect that at all. Dr Weiner gave me excellent explanations to improve my understanding of my problem, the options for treatment, and expectations. His approach is conservative, in that I didn't feel rushed into treatment I didn't feel I needed.
Dr. Weiner comfortably answered all my questions and my daughter's as well. He clearly explained what was happening in my spine showing me my MRI images. He was optimistic about what can be done to avoid or postpone needing surgery. And to alleviate the pain i am experiencing. The "culture" of the office is warm and friendly. Everyone seemed committed to helping. It was comfortable being there.
