Very informative, thoughtful and mindful of out-of-pocket expenses and works with you patiently since I had to make a payment plan. Really knowledgeable of how your teeth affect your lifestyle and offered wonderful suggestions regarding flossing and brushing. My family and I have been goign to Dr. Urban for a few years. He is attentive, explains all procedures and options and ensures patients' comfort. He is an excellent dentist and we will continue to visit him as long as he is practicing.

I have been going to Dr. Urban for several years and so have a good basis on which to rank his services. My experiences with Dr. Urban could not have been more positive. He is extremely professional, keeps up with all the latest treatments, maladies and technologies and works magic with his tools. The office staff is exceptionally congenial and Dr. Urban is an honest, well-trained professional who keeps up with the latest advances in his field. He explains everything thoroughly and gives reasonable treatment options. The office is very clean and the staff follows rigorous hygiene procedures to avoid cross-contamination. He is a caring dentist and calls you after a difficult procedure to make sure you are feeling ok.

Dr. Urban is simply the best dentist or doctor I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest developments, attends seminars on all kinds of things (he tells me this as I answer back "ghkrrrghha") and is simply excellent from a technical perspective. He educates me on exactly what my issues are and what he would recommend, but is never pushy. He fits me in no matter how busy he is and makes me feel as though I am the only patient he has. I have been going to Dr. Urban for over 10 yrs. I have recommended him to my family and friends and they have been very satisified. He and his staff are very pleasant and attentive. He is thorough in his examinations and makes sure that I am informed of all my options prior to performing any procedures.

I have just begun with Dr. Urban. He is open and communicative. His exams are precise and his discussion of options is complete and to the point. One big advantage is his excellent staff - both chairside and front desk. They are intelligent, well-trained, efficient and cheerful. I look forward to working with him and his staff towards better overall oral health. If possible, I will post further notes or updates as I go through my treatment.
