P.A. Meadows passed away on 28 July 16, following a heart attack on 23 Jul. I was a bit surprised to find out that he was 76, as he was sharp as a tack and seemed like a man in his early 60's when saw him very recently. He was my primary doctor for 23 years and he did an excellent job monitoring my health and identifying conditions at the very early stages so they could managed in a calm and orderly fashion. He was also a whiz at identifying and treating a good variety medical conditions.
