Arguably the worst office in America. Avoid at all costs !
Dr. Martin walked in, barely greeted me back, and immediately asked, " What can I do for you?" I am not exaggerating when I say that he was in there for no more than 4 minutes and barely allowed me to explain about my discomfort and sudden loss of hearing at only 55 years of age. He prescribed drops and went to greet me away before I kindly requested a hearing test. He paralyzed one vocal cord and ruined my voice, then he kept trying to give me meds and wouldn't see me until I ended up in the ER and was forced to perform emergence surgery. I wish I had sued him. Stay away unless you want another doctor to do cleanup - he shouldn't be practicing medicine. Seriously... take this is a strong warning.
Dr. Martin is an excellent ENT. Super friendly & very informative. He did my tonsillectomy in 2018 and I had great results. Minimal pain and a fast recovery. No issues since then. Would recommend him to anyone needing a tonsillectomy.
I’m a longtime patient of Dr. Martin and hugely appreciate how he has made a significant positive difference in how my ears feel and how I hear. I’ve recommended him to family.
