I have been seeing Dr. Kossoff for over 25 years now. He has ALWAYS been there for me whenever I needed him. I am 71 years old with some family history of cancer. I have had e few surgeries done by over the years and have NEVER had any issues with his ability, not only as a competent surgeon, but as a caring, compassionate and competent human being. Dr. Kossoff is amazing! Very professional, easy to talk to, sincere and patient. I am grateful to have him as my gastroenterologist. Would definitely recommend Dr. Kossoff and his staff.
The staff was nice, the doctor's way of talking to me was nice, explaining everything that happened and the results of my colonoscopy. The only not fun part was the prep for the test. :-(
My husband and I have seen Dr Kossoff for many years. He is top notch. He is polite and funny. He takes the time at each visit to listen and answer all of my questions thoroughly. He has his office structured so that he gathers your information ahead of seeing you so that he can be personable and not be glued to the computer screen. At my last visit I met Brandon who is an excellent addition to the office team.
Poor beside manner and dismissive of patients needs
Dr. Kossoff and his team were professional, over communicative, and very pleasant. The atmosphere in the environment was highly Informative and uplifting which made me feel relaxed and safe. I would highly recommend Dr. Kossoff and his staff.
Dr. Kossoff didn't meet with me at my pre-colonoscopy appointment. When I was ready for my surgery, he did a fly-by ( stopped at the door, didn't introduce himself, nor did he speak to me.) And he was very rude afterwards. He also didn't speak to me during my follow-up appointment. He did colonoscopies for me previously and I didn't have this problem. I was actually thinking that maybe the father retired and this was his son. Or maybe he's getting too big for his britches. Very disappointed and never again!
Dr Kossoff is an excellent Dr who doesn’t rush through the office visit but takes the time to clearly answer all my questions - I had a follow up with him today and as usual left feeling at ease - I highly recommend him
Dr Kossoff is excellent and I would definitely recommend him - his staff are polite and efficient and he takes the time at each of my visits to answer all my questions thoroughly- fortunate to have him as my GI doctor
