Dr. Is knowledgeable and I think cares about patients, but prefers to have it his way. Office staff is friendly, but is either overworked, overwhelmed, or just not willing or able to help rectify situations. They have lost paperwork that I needed for several things. Don't seem to want to help patients if things aren't what they want to hear. Like to push for medication rather than help with what the patient wants.
