Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always return my phone calls quickly. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
