I saw Dr. Hall once on referral from my family physician because I had a recurring UTI. Dr. Hall is technically proficient. He did a cystoscopy on me in about a minute and it didn't hurt at all. But he asked me nothing and had no knowledge of the history of my problem. I found out later from his receptionist that he never saw the records that my FP's office had sent. After the cystoscopy he said there was nothing wrong with me. The UTI finally went away on it's own.
