He was my mother doctor (she has since passed away)-she saw him once for surgery (she didn't even actually see him that day, he just did the procedure and didn't talk to her) and once in office. His office wouldn't return calls and then wouldn't even answer the phone when she would call. She couldn't get answers when her next treatments would be or when she should have another appointment. Very professional. Prompt appointments. NO sitting around in waiting area or exam room. Always getting reminder for appointments just in case! Very pleasant experience.
