It took 6 weeks to get an appointment and when I got to my scheduled appointment I was informed I couldn't be seen because they had not received the referral from my PCP. They had more than enough time to let me know so I could do something about it. This shows how apathetic and unprofessional he is.
The entire staff is very efficient. They run the office well. And Dr. Valdes is amazing. Such a great bedside manner. He listened to all of my issues and questions with patience and kindness. He thoroughly explained every step of my Hip Injections. It was very comforting. Now after one year of suffering, I’m finally “pain free”. I can’t say enough about him. Thank you so much Dr. Valdes!
Dr Valdes treated me for my knee issue. He is kind, caring and very patient. He explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed or dismissed as with other doctors. He has a great attitude and clearly the experience and professionalism to insure his patients experience is the best possible outcome. I felt that I was in very good hands with him and his treatment plan for me. As a result I am pain-free! I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone needing relief from pain or discomfort.
Dr. Valdes is caring, thorough and professional. My experience has been positive, from diagnosis to treatment. I would highly recommend him.
I will say that the best experience I've ever had with an issue with my aging body was with this man. Not only did he relate to me with all my issues, he knew exactly how to help me and gave me insight on how not to further injure myself. I will be sending everyone I know his way with aging bodies and sports related injuries.
