The worst service in all of Broward. My mother has been dealing with a serious arm issue for over a month and can barely move it, yet getting proper attention has been nearly impossible. No one answers the phone. When you finally get through after waiting over an hour, they have the nerve to tell you they’ll call you back — and they never do.
