Arrived 15 minutes before appointment time. Waited for an hour and when I asked when we would be seen, we were told”he is running late and he will get to you when he can.” The staff was impolite and inconsiderate. With no idea of when we would be seen, we left. As a fellow physician who has been in practice for almost 40 years, I would never allow patients to be treated like this. At least give a polite update or the option to reschedule. And don’t be offended when a patient who has waited an hour asks when they will be seen... read more

Dr Valbueno is great. The office staff not so much. I had an appointment and when I got there they told me I was not scheduled they wanted my appointment card. I didn’t have my card with me and they wouldn’t see me. I returned home and the card was for the date and time that I was there. I wouldn’t be so upset except the office manager told the receptionist “I wish these people would get their appointments right”. I was right!!! I won’t ever go back.
