Usually, Dr. Turney takes time to talk. He was either too busy or not in a good mood. I was having difficulty understanding exactly what the next step would be and what specialists I would be referred. He commented that "I've told you 4 times". That in my humble opinion was rude. I had never seen him like that. Always in good spirits. Must have been having a bad day.
My old PCP sold his practice to WellMed. It went downhill quickly. Great to have Dr. Turney as my new PCP.

Dr. Turney is a very caring doctor who caught an issue I had and it might be [...] but caught it early enough to be able to get appropriate treatment and get rid of it
The doctor is thorough, and takes a lot of time establishing relationship.
