David was so wonderful helping us find a house within our budget in a tough market. He went the extra mile making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He helped us when we decided to back out of a contract because of mold issues in a home. I wish there was a rating of 10 stars available..David helped us for over 1.5 years to find the perfect vacation home in the Reno/Sparks area. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted/needed.
