I have nothing but positive things to say about David. I was relocating from Las Vegas. Not only did he recommend a realtor in Vegas who got my house sold in less than 48 hours, he made the long distance moving process very easy. David communicates well and is quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. He went out and looked for houses for me, recorded the houses and the details as if I were there with him. I must say, the entire experience, looking for a home to closing ,David has been at our side! We are first time home buyers ( we bought in Sparks) and had of course a lot of questions. David always was available for us , even at short time notice. Given our " extra hurdle" of relocating to from out of state, even the time difference was no problem with getting in touch with David. I wish there was a rating of 10 stars available..David helped us for over 1.5 years to find the perfect vacation home in the Reno/Sparks area. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted/needed. David tailored our internet search results to fit our needs perfectly. We live over 500 miles away from the Sparks Reno area so we were not able to travel easily to see what was available.
