David was so wonderful helping us find a house within our budget in a tough market. He went the extra mile making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He helped us when we decided to back out of a contract because of mold issues in a home. David is great! A family member recommended him to me and I am very glad they did. He is always willing to help and answer questions, which was very helpful when going through the home buying process for the first time. It is obvious he truly cares about getting you a house you like and a house that doesn't have a lot of major issues (unless that is what you are looking), and not just looking for a paycheck. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a house in the Reno/Sparks area.
I must say, the entire experience, looking for a home to closing ,David has been at our side! We are first time home buyers ( we bought in Sparks) and had of course a lot of questions. David always was available for us , even at short time notice. Given our " extra hurdle" of relocating to from out of state, even the time difference was no problem with getting in touch with David. This is our second time getting help from David. He helped us get our first house and also helped us sell the same house. I have no words but only gratefulness for his expert help and assistance selling my house this time.
