Dr. Tulipan had been using 1 medical procedure code for all of my finger surgeries in the past (7 years or so). Last month, I got the exactly the same surgery from him, but he said his management decided to put 1 extra code, total 2 codes for his surgery this time. They claimed basically more than double of the amount with 2 codes. The higher amount is definitely hurting me. Great doctor. He doesn't rush you. He explains the problem and possible solutions very nicely. He doesn't put any pressure to have the surgery right away.

Dr Tulipan is an exceptional surgeon. I've now had him perform surgery on each of my wrists (3 years apart) for carpal tunnel release. He's a quiet humble surgeon who's had many years experience and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him!
