David Tucker's practice consists of the most incompetent accountants I've ever interacted with. As part of my filing last year they made unforgivable mistakes that I caught: 1. They wrote my name wrong. And in 3 different ways throughout my interactions with them. Note that they were going to file with the wrong name. 2. They didn't get my address right. 3. Here's my experience. Took about 2 week for my accountant to get me the proper documents. When I finally uploaded everything it took another 2 weeks to get a basic reply back. I had to go into the office in person multiple times just to get a response. Multiple people deflected me to other people who didn't help. Could hardy get someone to answer the phone. I used them to help refile my 2019 taxes last year and they were great. Tried using them again for my 2021 taxes and the experience has been unbelievably frustrating. My CPA would not respond to any of my emails and I had to reach out multiple times to get them to make progress. I started the process in early Feb 2022 and it's now April12 2022 and my taxes still haven't been filed and I have no confirmation or communication on where things stand. You can find better CPAs.
