David Tovar was very unprofessional as a realtor. He signed a form stating that his client made all the repairs she agreed to, but only a couple were actually done. He told us that she wasn't well and I guess he expected us to feel sorry for her. Escrow closed, David got his money, and his client wouldn't move out.
