I need a local orthpedic doctor and did the normal search. Dr Zitner!! OMG. When I was a teenager he worked with Dr Parisi, who was thee best. Zitner sawed off my cast and burned and cut into my arm while doing so. The whole time I was telling him to stop, he ignored me. The saw that was supposed be safe, Zitner managed to burn and cut my arm pretty bad. No biggie, I healed fine and Dr Parisi probably slapped him around, but he was oblivious and probably still is.
