I followed up with Dr. Taing less than 24 hours after being discharged from the ER for hypokalemia with documented EKG changes. Given that hypokalemia can have serious cardiac implications, I expected repeat labs and appropriate follow-up monitoring. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told this was anxiety. Dr. Taing has such a wonderful bedside manner and always listens and educates. I trust him and highly recommend him and his entire office staff. They are all wonderful there.
I attempted to do my sign in online through text to be told that my appointment had been canceled. Nobody canceled it with me. So when I called to find out what was going on, I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. And then a very rude woman came on and told me that he wasn't accepting new patients and "OBVIOUSLY", she said "you didn't call the office!"
