There was a problem with my insurance so I couldn’t be checked in initially. I called my insurance company and they verified that my information was correct and that I was verified. The office staff finally let me know that everything was okay. But I believe I was moved to the back of the line to get X-rays and be seen by the doctor. So I had to wait around a long time. However, all the staff was very helpful and apologetic.
Dr David Watson took the time to hear my concerns and gave me all my options , what the outcomes would be and why. Super patient care! Finally a physician that listens and helps!
Thanks. Very good clinic for any physical impairment. I’ve got my Total knee replacement there on 8/29/25 and I’m very happy with the surgery It could not be better
