All of the medical staffing team personnel were very polite and knowledgeable. They explained all of the steps of the procedure to give you a comfortable feeling and always asked if there were any questions from me.
All was great. EVERYONE was great ans friendly.
Dr Palma and his staff were great. All around professional and great bed side manner. Thanks for all you did.
Appreciated how kind and caring everyone was. The nurse was phenomenal. Dr. Palma was understanding and supportive. I wish I could have spoken to him afterwards but I was still asleep when he came into see me.
