New patient? Avoid at all cost. Here is why: 1. Drove from a different city all the way to David Miyama so he can question why I scheduled a meeting with him. I was extremely sick, and he made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed to his clinic. 2. The treatment that I received was significantly poor compared to the other doctors I met for this matter. Worst doctor I have ever been to. Total waste of time. He could have cared less. Was anxious to leave the room I was in almost immediately. Awful.
Like other reviews, Dr. Miyama spent about 5 minutes with me, mumbled his name as he walked in and barely made eye contact. I’ve had discomfort in my ear for almost a year. He told me it is probably TMJ and a mouthguard probably wouldn’t help. That’s it. I highly do not recommend.
Dr. Miyama was clear, concise, and informative. He was thorough and honest about my results and prompt with communication. Would recommend
Dr Miyama has done a fantastic job of diagnosing and treating my nasal airway problems. He started with the least intrusive method of treatment (prescription nasal spray) - and later offered alternative options to explore long-term relief. Always extremely polite - never pushy. I finally feel fully rested after a night’s sleep!
