WOW! Dr. Hoang and his team were AMAZING. Starting with Rikki at the front desk who was welcoming, engaging and just sweet I felt more at ease than I ever have in a dentists office. Rikki handled my insurance quickly, effectively, and with a smile. Then Sarah carefully went over my history and current dental issues. Dr. Hoang and his staff are wonderful. We as a family had bad experiences in the past with other dentists and came to North May Family Dental and we all agree that it is the best experience we have ever had. Ricki and Matt always greet you with a smile, Susan is the most gentle hygienist I have had and Dr. Hoang seals the deal with his pleasant, caring and professional attitude.
