Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could've done better. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Dr.Butler was extremely creepy. He kept me in his office for 45 minutes for a cold sore! After I was completely creeped out and decided I would never use him again, their charge for a new-patient visit was at least 50% higher than I've ever paid in my life. They also would not send a bill after it was settled with my health insurance; instead they made me pay up front on their estimated cost and would not provide me with a receipt. Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
