I had my first wellness visit here with Tessa Miller. I told her I wanted to get acquainted with Community Health, have an annual checkup, and build a care team. Not only was this visit totally unhelpful, with me waiting on Tessa longer than she spoke with me, she also billed my insurance five-hundred dollars for ten minutes of her time with zero treatment. I was then hit with the bill and given no explanation by billing as to why she used two separate codes, nor would they correct this. This means jumping through more hoops... read more
Dr. Booth is very cordule, thorough, and friendly He knows medicine extremely well and takes time to analyze all conditions. Highly recommended.
**Update** I did reach out to the email they provided. They did nothing and kept insisting that what I'm describing is a lie. Do not trust them, they do not care. Even after all the hours I've invested trying to get this resolved, they've done nothing. I received an email essentially repeating the same thing: that this was never discussed or scheduled in a way that differs from what's on the bill. I strongly disagree. My nephew goes here for speech therapy and his therapist WAS Shannon Shaffer, she is very rude and unprofessional! She has ripped toys out of his mouth which have caused him to hurt himself and he is autistic. She also has blamed him and said she dont think he needs speech right now because his brain! Like what you are here for " TO teach them!!!!" Also when she was told we WILL not be coming back she wanted to arguee and blame my nephew for NO progress!
