Dr Surdyka has been my go to for anything ortho. He's very professional and my latest visit yesterday, he knew that for my particular injury to recommend another specialist in the premiere office. I'm fine with that I trust his judgment. Because of the amount of time since my injury (almost 3 months ago) and the amount of pain I've been in we decided to do a cortisone injection. Dr. Surdyka is a wonderful surgeon. I recently had knee surgery and he made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciate the staff and love how friendly and professional everyone is. The facility is always clean. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

I saw Dr. David Surdyka today, 6/26/25 at 8 am. I came in after having an MRI done that showed I have a torn left bicep tendon, severe capsulitis causing “frozen shoulder” and tendonosis. Dr. Surdyka came in and was immediately very brash and rushing through what his perception of my imaging was. He would ask me questions and then interrupt me as I was trying to answer.
