I was referred to Dr. Stewart by my PCP for varicose veins and he found a heart murmur. I was very grateful he did. He explained very thoughtfully what the next steps needed to be. He is methodical, understanding and compassionate. I have peace of mind now and feel much better. I would recommend Dr. Stewart to anyone looking for a cardiologist.
Dr. Stewart is an outstanding doctor. His patient care pre and post surgery is off the charts. Highly recommend.
I have gone to several Cardiologists affiliated with the top hospitals in Illinois. They were good, but in my opinion, not as good as Dr. Stewart! I say this because during every visit with him, he has been kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. Doc has been instrumental in my health turn around. My cardio functions as well as other metabollic issues have reversed course and are headed in the right direction. Great bedside manner, spends plenty of time explaining and answering questions. His waiting rooms are full and appointments take a bit longer but isnt this the case with all good docs?
