Dave is the absolute best. I worked with him to buy my house when I moved to Springfield and sell it when I moved away. He is such a kind and caring individual. He was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process.
Dave was awesome to work with. He listened to type of house that I wanted. He sent me listings for the houses that matched my criteria. He scheduled showings so I did not need to miss work. I was a cash buyer and wanted to close quickly and he made that happen. I would definitely choose to work with Dave again if I buy or sell another home.
