Although I am not a new patient when I made my appointment I was told to arrive 30 min early. When I arrived no one could understand why I was so early since my paperwork was already complete. To make matters worse the Dr was running 30 minutes or more behind eventhough my appointment was in the morning. I was given the choice . . . Wait an hour or reschedule for another day and, potentially, wait again. I understand people (doctors) are busy but this is not the first time that I have waited, at some length, for this doctor.... read more

My husband is a patient here and has a known history of sinus infections. They refused to prescribe antibiotics without seeing him. He’s been suffering for over two weeks and their solution is telling him to use Affrin and scheduling him for an appointment a week away. This is no way to treat people who are in pain.
Not only is Dr. Snodgrass intelligent and professional, but he is very friendly and approachable, too. He intently listens to issues and makes sure he comprehends the situation as it relates to my individual health. He evaluates and intelligently recommends treatment. He clearly explains health issues, options, and future steps. I also appreciate that he is proactive, making sure that I receive tests appropriate for my age to stay on top of my health.
