When our furnace stopped working on a really chilly night, Roger and his team came to the rescue. He answered our evening call and even provided space heaters to keep us warm until the new unit could be installed a couple of days later. We recently had our first routine maintenance check on our heat pump, and it was a great experience. Camden, the technician, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained each part of the service and cleaning he did on both the indoor and outdoor units. The cleaning was the most thorough we've seen for our 7-year-old unit. We are extremely happy with the service and feel confident in having Camden continue to service our system twice a year.
