Lots of custom pieces and excellent customer service that is above and beyond. Edmond is great - he will always listen to your needs and never tries to upsell you. I highly recommend Cassie -- she went above and beyond with my engagement ring! There are a few things I really appreciated about Cassie. For one, her communication. I was able to text her with any questions at any point of time, and she would get back to me imminently. That was very important to me -- having a partner in this journey that's available over text.
