I did not feel like I was being heard. My questions and concerns were not really taken seriously. And you obviously can only have one issue per visit. Despite me trying to explain that I had two high priority issues that may or may not have been related, only one was dealt with. My copay is $95 so my FaceTime with a doctor is important.
