If I could give a zero rating, I would. My program was originally scheduled to be completed in 9 months (Nov 2025). However, at the end of October, I was informed that it would now be extended to 21 months, despite the fact that I have provided everything requested of me in a timely manner. I have sent 2 emails requesting clarification and have yet to receive any response from the associate handling my case.
